The Purchase and Delivery Process
1. Placing Your Order
Please browse our collection of one-of-a-kind Kyoto fine art pieces and select your desired item.
Click the “Add to Cart” button to proceed, or if you wish to inquire further, click “Ask About This Piece” to contact us directly.
All prices are quoted in Japanese yen (JPY), and payment shall only be accepted in Japanese yen.
Clicking the country flag button to the right of the price will display the exchange rates for US dollars and euros for reference.
However, payments will only be accepted in Japanese yen.
2. Secure Payment
We accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or JCB), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For customers using the “Ask About This Piece” option, we can also accommodate bank transfers and Wise payments upon request. All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption to protect your information.
3. Careful Packaging
Once your payment is confirmed, our experienced team carefully prepares your item using professional packaging designed for valuable artworks. We take the utmost care to ensure your piece arrives safely and in perfect condition.
4. Shipping and Tracking
Your order will be shipped via reliable international couriers like DHL or FedEx. You shall select the shipping carrier from either FedEx or DHL. However, even this selection is not possible for some destinations and artworks. We will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status anytime. Please note that customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.

5. Delivery and Aftercare
Please inspect your item upon arrival. Should any damage be incurred during shipping, kindly contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Please understand that the artwork is a one-of-a-kind work of art offered for sale, and even if it is damaged or otherwise defective at the time of your receipt, a replacement will likely not be provided.
